About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Landscaping Foreman to manage install jobs, guide part-time crew members, and represent our brand in the field. You’ll run a truck, oversee quality, communicate job specifics, and make real-time decisions with our full trust and support.

What You’ll Do

• Lead small install crews with Craigslist helpers

• Coordinate and execute jobs from blueprint to completion

• Load, haul, and operate tools and machinery

• Maintain high standards of professionalism on every site

• Communicate directly with the owner on job progress and needs

• Track hours, material usage, and site safety

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of landscaping install experience (retaining walls, patios, water features a plus)

• Leadership skills and confidence directing others

• Clean driving record and ability to drive a full-size work truck

• Accountability, attention to detail, and pride in your work

• Must pass background check and be eligible for employment

Bonus if you have

• Skid steer or mini-excavator experience

• Prior foreman or team lead experience

• Strong communication and planning skills

Now Hiring: Lawn Maintenance Foreman — Solo Route, High Standards

Location: Dacono, CO and nearby towns
Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, seasonal (March–October)

About the Job

Landscaping Guru is rebuilding a strong, efficient lawn maintenance division—starting with you. You’ll begin by running a high-end residential route solo, with the tools, schedule, and systems already dialed in. The goal? Tight routes, recurring clients, and high customer satisfaction. Eventually, you’ll train and manage a helper and grow the route into a self-sustaining crew.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a 48” walk-behind mower and 21” trim mower

• Handle weekly mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

• Perform spring/fall cleanups and assist with light maintenance tasks

• Report any customer requests, issues, or upsell opportunities

• Maintain equipment and keep a clean, efficient workflow

• Eventually train and supervise a part-time helper

What We’re Looking For

• Prior mowing and lawn care experience (1–2 seasons minimum)

• Ability to work alone with speed and quality

• Professional attitude and clean presentation

• Comfortable navigating Dacono, Erie, Frederick, Firestone, and nearby areas

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus if you have

• Customer service experience or direct client interaction

• Experience with scheduling apps or route efficiency tools

• Familiarity with weed control or fertilization services
